Speech and Language support
We use the Balanced Systems © approach for access to Speech and Language Therapy support.
Support for school age children is accessed via the schools Link Speech and Language Therapist (Adam Horwood) via the school's SENCO - Sandra O'Neon. If you have concerns about your child’s speech, language and/or communication skills, please speak to your school SENCo as a first step. They can then speak to their link Speech and Language Therapist.
Support through the Balanced System® could include the implementation of classroom approaches for all children, targeted provisions such as small group interventions for those who will benefit from more focused support, and/ or more individualised support.
